Czech Republic reaches 3 m Covid vaccinations

Three million people or 28 percent of the 10.7million population of the Czech Republic have received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine and 7,890,961 vaccine doses have been administered since the inoculation started last December, according to data released by the health ministry. On Sunday, 34,190 people got vaccinated, roughly 6,500 fewer than a week ago. Czechia saw 57 new coronavirus cases on Sunday, the same number as a week ago and still the lowest daily rise since last summer.
