The Czech Republic has seen over one million Covid-19 cases since the epidemic outbreak last March and on Tuesday, 9,057 new cases were registered, some 130 less than a week ago, according to data released by the Health Ministry. The share of tests that returned positive was 29.1 percent on Tuesday, as well as on Tuesday a week ago. The number of patients in hospital decreased by some 400 to 5,811 as against last week, and some 1,000 people are in a serious condition.
