Czech Republic negotiating about medical aid with WHO

Prague is negotiating with the World Health Organisation (WHO) about its help with tackling the coronavirus in Czechia, the Health Ministry and Czech representatives in the WHO have told Czech Radio, confirming that the WHO might provide medical teams to Czech hospitals. The Czech ministry has applied for two doctors and 15 nurses so far. Czech Medical Chamber (CLK) President Milan Kubek has told Czech Radio that there are 16,000 coronavirus-infected medical staff in the country, compared with 13,000 one week ago.
