Czech Rep, Armenia to bilaterally recognise court decisions

The justice ministry has negotiated an agreement under which the Czech Republic and Armenia may bilaterally recognise court rulings in serious cases, according to documents made available to CTK. The agreement is to deal with cases in which the citizen of one country is convicted in the other, but returns home before they started serving their sentence.
