Czech president praises higher EP election turnout - spokesman

A higher turnout in the European elections in the Czech Republic, compared to the previous ones five years ago, is a great piece of news, President Milos Zeman's spokesman Jiri Ovcacek has said. Turnout was 28.7 percent, over 10 percent more than five years ago (18.2 percent) and the so far highest.
