Czech pop singer Hana Zagorova dies aged 75

Czech singer Hana Zagorova, the nine-time winner of the Golden Nightingale award for the best pop singer in the country, has died at the age of 75, CNN Prima News said on Friday. The news was broken to CNN Prima News by Zagorova's manager Lubos Kriz and confirmed by her husband Stefan Margita to the website Extra.cz. Zagorova was troubled with serious health problems for long. Her condition started deteriorating after she contracted coronavirus with a very serious course in September 2020. Due to fatigue and weakened organism, she cancelled her work obligations last August.
