Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis welcomed on Friday the agreement reached by EU countries' leaders on sanctions against some 40 Belarusian representatives at a summit in Brussels, but said Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko should be on the list as well. The EU blacklisted the Belarusian top officials responsible for the election manipulations and violent suppressions of the protests in Belarus.
