Czech PM to discuss EU budget with European Council head Michel

Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis will have talks with European Council President Charles Michel in Brussels next Thursday, with the European Union's 2021-2027 budget framework being the main issue on the agenda two weeks before the EU summit. The extraordinary summit focusing on the draft EU budget will begin in Brussels on February 20. Besides meeting Michel, Babis plans to attend a meeting of the Friends of Cohesion group of countries in Portugal before the summit.
