Czech PM: Poorer EU states must not pay for richer, V4 countries, PMs agree

The Visegrad Group (V4) countries agree that the EU multiannual financial framework must be fair for all states and that the poorer countries must not pay for the richer ones, Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis said after talks with his Hungarian, Polish and Slovak counterparts on Thursday.
