Czech PM only recipient of Agrofert profit, fund statutes show

Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis (ANO) is the only recipient of the profits made by the Agrofert holding, which he put in trust funds, Czech Radio (CRo) writes on its website, citing the statutes of one of the funds that have been unavailable to the public so far. The statutes, which CRo read, names Babis as the founder of the fund and defines several situations in which Agrofert, a giant chemical, agricultural, food and media group, would immediately return to Babis, for example if he left politics.
