Czech PM: It is good that EC migration pact does not propose quotas

A positive aspect of the EC's new draft migration pact is that it does not contain mandatory quotas for the acceptance of refugees, Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis said after discussing the draft with European Commission (EC) President Ursula von der Leyen in Brussels on Thursday.
