Czech PM: EU budget talks should focus on contributions first

Top representatives of EU countries, meeting for an extraordinary EU summit to deal with the Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027, should first focus on finding an agreement on budget revenues and discounts, Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis (ANO) told journalists on Friday. Babis added that the proposed carbon credits system is completely unacceptable to the Czech Republic.
