Czech Ostrava mayor challenges CSSD list of candidates at court

Petr Kajnar, the Social Democrat (CSSD) mayor of the north Moravian centre Ostrava, has challenged the CSSDs list of candidates for the early general election at court over the omission of his name in the list, news website Denik Insider said on Friday citing the court spokeswoman. Kajnar, along with another two Ostrava Social Democrats, reportedly applied for the court to impose a preliminary injunction suspending the lists validity.
