Czech ODS to offer welfare policy, environmental protection

The Czech senior opposition Civic Democratic Party (ODS) offers tax holiday for parents whose partners take parental benefits and people under 26, free train tickets to Europe for 18-year-olds and a guaranteed minimal old-age pension in its campaign it launched in Prague on Wednesday.
