Czech nominee Jourova offered rule of law and democracy EC portfolio - Politico

The Czech nominee for the European Commission, Vera Jourova, received an offer from EC President-elect Ursula von der Leyen to focus on the issues of democracy and the rule of law, Politico has said. Two sources confirmed that Jourova's portfolio would include the issues of disinformation and hate speech.
