Czech MPs, NKU head make controversial tour of Peru

A delegation of Czech lawmakers and Supreme Audit Office (NKU) President Miloslav Kala made a controversial trip to Peru earlier in May, touring the capital Lima and tourist attractions such as Cuzco and Machu Picchu at the state costs to a large extent, Lidove noviny (LN) writes today. Paradoxically, the trip, financed from the state money, has been made by the NKU head and members of the Czech lower house's control committee whose task is to see that the state money is used effectively.
