Czech mother fighting for sons is to appeal ECHR verdict

Czech mother Eva Michalakova will appeal the verdict of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) that in January decided in favour of Norway in the case in which the Norwegian social service had taken her two sons away from her ten years ago, her lawyers have told CTK. Michalakova will ask the Grand Chamber of the ECHR to deal with her case. She will also ask the Czech government for cooperation and support.
