Czech ministry advises against issuing visas to Russians

The interior ministry wants the Czech Republic not to issue visas and residence permits to Russians and Belarussians even after the state of emergency ends and proposes that the cabinet be able to restrict the entry and stay of foreigners by its order in a bill released on the government website. The measure will exert pressure on Russia and Belarus and may help end the war, the ministry argued.
