Czech ministers for drafting constitutional law on water protection

A special constitutional law to increase water protection may be drafted, the Czech environment and agriculture ministers, Richard Brabec and Miroslav Toman, agreed after a working group meeting on Thursday. Experts from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague have proposed to the ministers that an individual constitutional law be drafted as one of the alternatives.
