Czech minister: Covid case drop slower than expected

The number of new Covid-19 cases is now falling more slowly in the Czech Republic than in the past two weeks, Health Minister Jan Blatny (for ANO) told journalists on Friday, adding that in the previous week, there was a 40 percent decrease, but only 12 in the ongoing week. The situation is differing in regions, with the current score in the PES epidemic system being 57, which corresponds to a potential shift to the third alert degree.
