Justice Minister Marie Benesova (for ANO) refused the MPs' request to publish her report dealing with the possibility to order criminal prosecution in the Czech Republic, saying she did it for President Milos Zeman as his adviser and the document was not public. Zeman and Prime Minister Andrej Babis (ANO) claimed that this was possible in the Czech Republic. The police, the Czech Bar Association and Supreme Court chairman Pavel Samal denounced this.
