Czech govt to file new lawsuit over halted EU subsidies

The Czech government on Tuesday agreed to file a new lawsuit against the European Commission over a suspended subsidy for the Agrofert holding and Deputy Foreign Minister Martin Smolek said it concerns 30,000 euro and its aim is to clarify the interpretation of the conflict of interest. Smolek said the question is whether the Czech law on the conflict of interest applies to these cases.
