Czech govt OKs humanitarian aid to Ukraine, plans further steps

The Czech cabinet today approved 300 million crowns worth humanitarian aid to the Ukrainians who have to leave their homes due to the Russian military invasion, PM Petr Fiala said, adding that the industry minister has been tasked to provide fuels to Ukraine in accordance with NATO's request. In the next days, Czechia can also supply blood and blood plasma to Ukraine, Fiala told media after a cabinet meeting.
