Czech EU presidency in 2022 to have austerity budget

The Czech presidency of the Council of the European Union, which will take place two years after the German presidency that started today, will have an austerity budget of 1.24 billion crowns, based on the cabinet's decision. The government of Andrej Babis (ANO) decided on this budget last October.
