November 13th, 2020
The Czech Health Ministry will release the risk score of the anti-epidemic system (PES) on its website on a daily basis starting November 16, Health Minister Jan Blatny told a press conference when he presented the new system on Friday. All five levels of risk require a state of emergency to be declared. Blatny said the Czech Republic as a whole was in the fourth level of risk now, or the second worst in the assessment system. The risk is calculated and may range from 0 to 100. On Thursday, its value was set at 70. If this situation continues for a week, the Health Ministry would propose to the government a relaxation of the current anti-epidemic measures, Blatny said.
