The campaign before the forthcoming general election in the Czech Republic was more confrontational than in the past and part of the opposition united against PM Andrej Babis, leader of the senior government ANO, Slovak political analyst Grigorij Meseznikov told CTK today. Meseznikov is at helm of the Institute for Public Affairs in Bratislava. President Milos Zeman who will be deciding on who forms the new cabinet after the election should assume a non-partisan approach and assess the situation realistically, Meseznikov said.
