Czech culture minister preparing programme in aid of news media

Czech Culture Minister Lubomir Zaoralek (Social Democrats, CSSD) is preparing a subsidy programme in aid to the news media afflicted by the coronavirus crisis, he confirmed to CTK today. His office is to work out the criteria, under which the aid will be distributed. Finance Minister Alena Schillerova (for ANO) told reporters today that the possible support would have to be of a blanket character. However, nothing particular is on the table for the moment, she added.
CTK
