Czech courts to deal with PM Babis's trust fund creation

Senator Lukas Wagenknecht (Pirates) has asked civil courts to assess whether the establishment of the trust funds of Czech Prime Minister and ANO chairman Andrej Babis was not invalid, Pirates spokeswoman Karolina Sadilkova told CTK on Thursday. Wagenknecht's request is based on the premise that under the Civil Code, a trust fund is a tool to administer the property of another and not one's own property.
