The Prague Municipal Court has ruled that Caba Der, a dual Hungarian-Serbian citizen suspected of three contract murders, can be extradited to Serbia, but the final decision is up to Justice Minister Marie Benesova, court spokeswoman Marketa Puci told CTK on Thursday. The same court said in late May that the suspected contract killer can be extradited to Hungary as well. Der will stay in a Prague custody prison until the final verdict on his extradition is issued. "The extradition to Serbia is admissible. The decision has taken effect," Puci said.
