The Constitutional Court (US) revised its previous decisions and ordered today a reopening of the case of Robert Tempel who is serving a life sentence for double murder, reacting to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) verdict saying Czechia violated his right to a fair trial. The case will be opened again by the Prague High Appellate Court and the life sentence for Tempel is currently cancelled. Tempel's lawyer Jakub Kriz is of the view that the conditions under which he could be kept in prison have not been met.
