Czech CCourt not at full strength fifth month in a row

The Czech Constitutional Court (US) has not been working at full strength since Jan Musil resigned five months ago and though it has not affected the US's speed yet, fatigue is spreading and it is likely to become more apparent in the future, the court's secretary general Vlastimil Gottinger said.
