Czech anti-trust office not to assess Huawei's exclusion from tender

The Czech anti-trust office (UOHS) has halted proceedings on the Chinese Huawei company's exclusion from the HealthMinistry's tender for an integrated sanitary station (KHS) system as the ministry cancelled the commission, UOHS spokeswoman Milena Maresova told CTK. The decision by the Czech Office for the Protection of Competition (UOHS) has not taken effect yet and can be appealed.
