Czech Ambassador to France decries 'misinformation' on confiscated face masks

The Czech Ambassador to France, Michal Fleischman, on Monday rejected reports in the French media which said that the Czech police had seized 680,000 face masks, some of which were bound for Italy. The Czech police was raiding the premises in action against speculators, and discovered some of the masks were a charitable donation to Italy only afterwards, he said. The Czech Republic has since sent 110,000 face masks to Italy in replacement, he added.
