Czaputowicz: Russia withholding Smolensk wreckage unlawful

Polish Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz said on Thursday that keeping on Russian territory the wreckage of a Polish government plane that crashed in Smolensk, west Russia, in April 2010, is "devoid of any legal basis and has no rational justification."
