Covid spread slowing in Czech Republic

The Czech Republic registered another 22,663 Covid cases on Thursday, the smallest number on a workday since January 17, and hospitals are now treating 3,708 coronavirus patients, the Health Ministry said. A total of 246 patients are in a serious condition. The incidence rate decreased to 1,689 per 100,000 people in the past seven days. The number of detected infections has fallen three times in a row in the weekly comparison. The Monday growth was only tiny, by less than 100 cases.
