The Czech Republic registered another 9,333 Covid cases on Monday, the biggest number since December 21 and roughly 2,500 more than a week ago, according to data released by the health ministry. Hospitals are treating 2,811 Covid patients, 535 of whom are in a serious condition. The incidence rate, or the number of new cases per 100,000 people in the past seven days, which was 358 in the past week, has increased by 23.
