Tests confirmed another 216 COVID cases in the Czech Republic on Monday, 25 fewer than a week ago, and there are still 15 infected per 100,000 population in a week in the country, according to the data the Health Ministry released today. The reproduction number R, which stands for the average number of those infected by one person with COVID, has remained at 0.95. Since the epidemic outbreak last March, over 1.67 million Czechs have contracted the infection, most of whom have recovered. The death toll now stands at 30,341.
