COVID rising again in Czech Republic

There were another 161 COVID cases on Wednesday, one-fourth more than a week ago and the reproduction number rose to 0.9, which was the highest value since April 15, according to the data the Health Ministry released this morning. Since the outbreak last March, tests have confirmed the novel coronavirus in almost 1.67 million Czechs. There have been 1.63 million recoveries and 30,291 deaths.
