COVID daily rises in Czechia lowest since last summer

The Czech Republic saw 57 new COVID cases on Sunday as against 41 a week ago, which were still the lowest daily figures since last summer, while the reproduction number R slightly increased, according to the data the Health Ministry released this morning. Since the COVID-19 epidemic outbreak in the Czech Republic at the beginning of last March, the infection has been proven in some 1.67 million people in the 10.7-million country, while 30,280 infected have died to date.
