COVID continues subsiding in Czechia, vaccinations on rise

The COVID-19 epidemic continued subsiding in Czechia on Tuesday with 2,405 new cases, one-fourth down week-on-week, while the daily number of vaccinations further increased and reached 68,020, which is 15 percent more than a week ago, the Health Ministry's data show today. A total of 29,479 people died with COVID-19 in Czechia since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020. The total number of infections has exceeded 1.6 million so far.
