The number of COVID-19 deaths has exceeded 26,000 in the Czech Republic since the epidemic outbreak a year ago, while March with 5,232 victims so far is the most tragic month during the epidemic, show the Health Ministry data released today. In total, 26,036 patients with proven COVID-19 infections have died in the country. On the other hand, the daily numbers of confirmed infections have been dropping.
