Court upholds halting case of girl wearing hijab at school

The Prague Municipal Court last week upheld the ruling of the Prague 10 District Court halting the case of a Somalian Muslim student who was not allowed to wear a hijab by her secondary school in Prague in 2013 and the verdict has taken effect, according to the judicial database Infosoud. The court rejected the school's appeal.
