The Czech Supreme Administrative Court will monitor the Health Ministry's measure ordering companies with more than 250 employees to test their employees for Covid-19, as lawyer Norbert Naxer challenged it on behalf of a Czech worker of automotive supplier Faurecia. This is the first case in which the court will assess a measure adopted based on the pandemic law, the court's spokeswoman Sylva Dostalova told CTK on Monday. The court received the complaint on Sunday.
