Court softens Vietnamese's sentence for killing homeless man

Vietnamese Quoc Thang Hoang, 27, will spend 15.5 years in prison for kicking a homeless man to death in Cheb, west Bohemia, the appeals Prague High Court decided today, reducing the suspect's original sentence by 18 months.
