Court rejects appeal of German national sentenced for spraying Charles Bridge

The Czech Supreme Court (NS) has rejected the appeal of German tourist Benjamin Wittig who had been handed a one-year suspended sentence, a 100,000-crown fine and a five-year expulsion from Czechia for spray painting the 14th-century Charles Bridge in Prague in 2019, according to the court database.
