Court dismisses PirSTAN's proposal to change MP seats calculation

The Czech Constitutional Court (US) has rejected the proposal by the Pirates/Mayors and Independents (STAN) to change the method of the translation of votes into the lower house mandates, which, if applied, would result in replacement of three MPs of those elected last October, the US web shows. After their proposal failed at the Supreme Administrative Court (NSS), the Pirates and STAN thus also failed with it at the US, which did not discuss the complaint at all, having rejected it for procedural reasons due to its wrong filing.
