Court approves Iranian businessman Zadeh's plea bargain

The Regional Court in Brno approved the plea bargain of Iranian businessman Shahram Zadeh, who was being tried for high tax evasions from 2016, for the second time today after rejecting it for mistakes earlier this month. Under the plea bargain closed between the defendant and the state attorney, Zadeh is to receive a nine-year prison sentence and a pecuniary punishment of 17.5 million crowns.
