Court agrees with ex-governor Rath's release on parole

The Municipal Court in Brno today decided on the release of former regional governor and ex-minister David Rath, convicted of corruption, from prison on parole with a seven-year probationary period, but he will not leave the prison yet as the public prosecutor filed a complaint against the verdict. He has served 3.5 years in prison, a half of his sentence.
