Coronavirus test kits delivered to 440 retirement homes

The Avenier company distributed coronavirus test kits to 440 retirement homes by last midnight and deliveries to some other 2,000 social care facilities in total will follow within the planned blanket testing, Martin Nesrsta from Avenier told CTK on Tuesday. "From morning, we carry on so that on time delivery of tests to all facilities is assured within the terms of contract," Nesrsta, who is in charge of the deliveries, said. Mandatory blanket testing in in-patient social care facilities will be launched by Wednesday. However, the contract with health insurance companies was still missing at the weekend.
