October 14th, 2020
The public health authorities in Slovakia have reported relatively higher numbers of Covid-19 infections in regional capitals, with the contagion spreading most frequently within families and at work. New infections were also recorded in care homes, health-care facilities and at schools. Five people were tested positive on Tuesday in the district of Poltar (Banska Bystrica region), which had hitherto been one of the least-affected areas in Slovakia.
